Australian Ethical Investment Ltd has awarded Barefoot Economy a 2005 Community Grant for its positive work in developing countries.
Australian Ethical is widely considered a national leader in ethical investment. As a requirement of the company’s constitution, Australian Ethical donates 10% of its profits back to the community through its Community Grants Program.
The Australian Ethical grant is an endorsement of Barefoot Economy’s work towards creating sustainable ethical international businesses which focus on improving society rather than maximising profits.
